(TOWN OF MINTO) At approximately 6:00pm on Saturday September 10th 2022, an assault occurred on Victoria Street in Palmerston.
The victims were verbally accosted by a male suspect in the parking lot of a business on Main Street, Palmerston. A vehicle which had five occupants, four males and one female, followed the victims to their residence. A physical altercation ensued, and the driver of the involved vehicle assaulted the victims with a noxious substance.
The suspect vehicle is described as a black, newer model, four-door Dodge Charger, or Challenger with tinted windows. The driver is described as a white male, 25-35 years of age, thin build with brown hair and was wearing a black baseball cap, a dark-coloured t-shirt, and black shorts. The other three males are described as white, and the female is described as white with tattoos on her arms.
