TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) Sometime over the weekend between Saturday September 2nd and Sunday September 3rd 2017, an act of mischief occurred at an apartment complex located on Scotland Street in Fergus. Culprit(s) let the air out of all four tires on a vehicle that was parked in the handicapped parking spot. This was accomplished by drilling several holes into the tires. Estimated cost for the damage is over $1,000.00.
