(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime during the early morning hours of Wednesday July 17th 2019, an arson and theft occurred at a business location in the east end of Guelph. A vehicle was discovered on fire and is described as a pickup truck, silver in colour; while another vehicle was stolen and is described as a Chevrolet Silverado, white in colour.
