Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington (CSGW) Board members, Friends of Crime Stoppers and Wasteco Canada staff proudly announce that $3,250 was raised at the Sept. 14th Mount Forest Shredding Event. The event, which promotes awareness of identity theft, is a safe, professional method of destroying documents. Supporters were lined up for the drive-through service before the 9 a.m. start. Shredding Events are key fundraisers for CSGW, which requires funds to pay Tipster rewards and to operate the program. The final Shredding Event of the season is Sept. 28th in Guelph.
