The Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington Board of Directors announced that #MayMulchMonth raised $1,410 in 2021.
Thank you to JL’s Home Hardware and everyone who supported CSGW by purchasing mulch. At each of the three JL’s locations, $1 from each bag of mulch sold through the month of May was donated to the program.
Fundraisers have been challenging during Covid-19 with necessary public health measures preventing Board members from holding these events. Fundraisers are needed to support the program, both through paying Tipster reward and operating the program.
JL’s Home Hardware expanded their support from last year’s #MayMulchMonth by offering the sale at all three locations in Guelph. Hopefully we are able to return to our traditional Mulch Sale structure in 2022!
The CSGW Board of Directors thank Andre Belisle and the JL’s Home Hardware team for their ongoing support and dedication to keeping their community safe.
