Fundraising is a key component of CSGW. As a charitable organization, the program needs to raise funds to ensure that rewards can be paid, and the program can operate. This is what makes the support of CWFR so special.

“This is such a unique way to support Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington while learning some practical fire safety skills and having fun” said CSGW Chair Dave Elloway. “We appreciate the ongoing support of Centre Wellington Fire and Rescue, especially with this youth-focused fundraiser that works toward our joint goal of making our community a safer place.”

“Centre Wellington Fire Rescue is pleased to be partnering with Crime Stoppers for this initiative. It is a great opportunity to work together and show case what CWFR does behind the scenes, as it is not all about the lights and sirens.  We look forward to meeting our new ‘temporary’ new Fire Chief and sharing the day together”, said Jason Benn, Deputy Fire Chief.

So get ready to support CSGW and give your favorite little fire fighter a chance to be Fire Chief For a Day!
