(CITY OF GUELPH) At approximately 2:00pm on Friday December 15th 2023, a theft occurred from a business, located inside the Stone Road Mall in Guelph.
Four suspects were involved, two men and two women. While the men distracted the store staff, the women concealed cosmetic products and left the store. All four suspects fled in a gold Toyota Rav-4.
The men were both described as having brown skin, short black hair and short beards. One wore a long puffy black coat, black sweater, black jeans and white and tan Nike shoes. The other wore a black jacket, blue jeans and white Nike shoes. The women were also described as having brown skin. One had blonde hair, wearing a black jacket, black track pants with white stripes, and a pink toque. The other wore a black North Face jacket, black pants and grey and black running shoes.
