(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime over the weekend between Friday September 15th and Sunday September 17th 2023, a break and enter occurred at a building located near Woolwich Street and Powell Street in Guelph.
Culprit(s) gained entry to a building under construction by forcing open a boarded-up window. They stole nearly all the tools on site, which included drills, saws, and batteries. The total value of the theft is estimated at $10,000.
