CRIME OF THE WEEK – AUGUST 31 – Fire, B&E, Theft

(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) At approximately 2:30am on Monday July 30th 2018, a vehicle was reported on fire, located in a residential parking lot on Gordon Street in the City of Guelph. The vehicle is described as a white GMC Sierra pickup truck.

At approximately 6:15am on the same date, a break and enter was reported to have occurred in a plaza located on Harvard Road in Guelph. Extensive damage was caused to the front door and window of the unit as well as the walls inside. Stolen was an ATM machine.

Sometime between the hours of 11:00pm on Friday July 27th and 6:30am on Monday July 30th 2018, a theft occurred from a business parking lot on Stone Road West in Guelph. Stolen was a vehicle, matching the description of the vehicle involved in the suspicious fire.
