(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime between the hours of 3:00pm on Sunday July 9th and 11:00am on Monday July 10th 2023, a theft occurred from out front of a bank located at St. George’s Square in Guelph.
Stolen was an electronic wheelchair described as black in colour with a yellow controller, and the joystick on the wheelchair turns blue, white, and yellow when it is turned on.
