(CITY OF GUELPH) At approximately 5:30am on Monday October 9th 2023, an assault took place on Eugene Drive in Guelph.
The suspect is described as male, with black or brown skin, shoulder length dreadlocks, between 5’6”-5’10” tall with a slim build, and was wearing a black and blue t-shirt, jacket, and black and white Nike Air Jordan shoes.
