(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) Sometime between the hours of 6:30pm on Monday March 22nd and 7:30am on Tuesday March 23rd 2021, several acts of mischief occurred in the downtown area of Fergus.
Culprit(s) spray painted yellow graffiti on vehicles and several buildings, including a church, in the area of St. George Street West and St. Andrew Street. On an exterior wall of the Autism Behavioural Services building, the culprit(s) spray-painted a homophobic slur and a derogatory slur aimed at those with disabilities.
A break and enter in the same area occurred sometime between April 12-14. The suspects gained entry to the former church on the property and vandalized the interior including painting graffiti.
