(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) Sometime overnight between Monday August 7th and Tuesday August 8th 2017, acts of mischief occurred along Elmira Road in the City of Guelph. Culprit(s) damaged vehicles that were parked in driveways located between Paisley Road and Freshmeadow Way. A total of eleven vehicles were scratched on one or both sides. Cost for damage is approximately $4,000.00.
