Township of Wellington North Updated on CSGW

The Township of Wellington North was the latest council meeting stop for Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington (CSGW).

Members of council were update on the activities of CSGW and the stats for the program.

Council was also advised of the upcoming celebration to mark 30 years of Crime Stoppers in the City of Guelph and County of Wellington. The event, being held on August 3, will take place in Wellington North – starting with a flag raising at the Mount Forest Museum & Archives at 10:30 a.m., followed by a free barbecue, cake and refreshments in Murphy’s Park from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Council, and indeed the public at large, was invited to attend the event and help celebrate 30 years of Crime Stoppers in this community.
