The Optimist Club of Moorefield demonstrated its support for Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington at the March meeting.
The club donated $500 to CSGW, which will be used for program awareness and Tipster rewards. The club has been a long-term support and was updated on the activities of the program, including statistics.
Those onhand for the donation include, from left, Optimist member Frank Lobsinger, Club Chair Dan McIntyre, Optimist member Sandy Vallance, CSGW Board Director Dennis Craven, CSGW Program Coordinator Sarah Bowers-Peter, Optimist members Grant Morgan and Mike Norris.
CSGW is grateful for the hard work of these community organizations such as the Optimist Club of Moorefield, and their volunteers.
