Municipal government and police joined forces with Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington to launch an Illegal Dumping Awareness campaign. Holding campaign posters include, from left, City of Guelph Councillor June Hofland, City of Guelph Operations Department General Manager Doug Godfrey, Guelph Police Service Chief Jeff DeRuyter, CSGW Program Coordinator Sarah Bowers-Peter, City of Guelph Bylaw Compliance, Security & Licensing Department David Wiedrick, and Wellington County Councillor Don McKay. Posters and post cards sponsored by the County and City will promote CSGW as a means for the public to help report and reduce Illegal Dumping.
