(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) At 6:30pm on Tuesday November 8th and again at 3:00am on Wednesday November 9th 2016, a break and enter occurred into a gated property located on Eastview Road in Guelph. The suspect broke into vehicles on the property and stole tools.
The suspect is described as male with an average build, wearing a black hoodie, black pants, a black baseball cap, white or grey bandana and white gloves. He was carrying a grey/black knapsack and rode a mountain bike that had a luggage rack on the back.
