Crime Stoppers of Wellington County is asking for help in solving the murder of Gus Fourtounes.
A stabbing occurred on the 25th of August in 2005 at 4:42am on Elizabeth Street in Guelph. A male resident of Elizabeth Street was awakened by a male calling for help. When he answered the door he observed a male on his porch bleeding from his chest. Royal City Ambulance transported the male, a 40 year old Guelph male, to Guelph General Hospital.
Gus Fourtounes, died in hospital at 5:41am, August 25, 2005 from injuries received in the stabbing.
This case is still unsolved and investigators are asking the public to come forward with any information about this case. Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington will pay a reward of up to $2,000 for any information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for this horrific crime.
