(CITY OF GUELPH) At approximately 4:30pm on Tuesday August 20th 2024, a theft occurred from a business located near Woolwich Street and Speedvale Avenue in Guelph.
The suspect entered the store around 3:30pm and spent over an hour putting products into a rolling basket before exiting the store. Stolen were a quantity of cosmetics along with other items valued at $600. The suspect is described as female, white, in her 20’s, with a slim build, and blonde hair in a ponytail. She was wearing a black Champion baseball cap, a plaid vest, black shorts, black shoes, and a light-coloured fanny pack.
