(CITY OF GUELPH) Between Monday January 9th and Wednesday January 11th 2023, several break and enters occurred at apartment buildings located in the area of Woodlawn Road East and Woolwich Street in Guelph.
There were at least five incidents that occurred at three separate buildings, all taking place between the hours of noon and 4:00pm. In all incidents, cash and/or medications were stolen.
The suspect(s) gained entry to an apartment building and then entered the residential units once the tenant had temporarily stepped out. The buildings are known to primarily house senior citizens.
One suspect was seen leaving a victim’s unit at approximately 3:00pm on January 9th and is described as a white female, mid 20’s, dark brown hair, wearing a black coat, black backpack, and dark glasses.
