(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime between the hours of 9am on Sunday March 17th and 9am on Monday March 18th 2019, a break and enter occurred at a building located on Delhi Street in Guelph. Stolen was a large quantity of contractor tools. Estimated value of theft is over $5,000.00.
