(CITY OF GUELPH) Between the hours of 11:30am and 12: 00pm on Monday May 15th 2023, a sexual assault took place at Goldie Mill Park on Cardigan Street in Guelph.
A teenaged female was sitting on a bench when a stranger touched her without her consent and made inappropriate sexual comments.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately late 30’s to early 40’s, average build, slightly tanned, unshaven stubble, dark brown messy hair over the ears and parted in the middle, and dark eyes. He was wearing a navy blue t-shirt, beige or khaki shorts, old beige sandals and had a large beige or khaki backpack. At the time of the incident, he was eating a red/white/blue popsicle.
