(TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH) In the early morning hours on Sunday June 4th 2023, three separate fires were discovered in Mount Forest, all within close proximity.
Two fires occurred on June 4th at approximately 3:00am and the third was discovered between 3:00am and 4:00am.
The first incident was a structure fire at a business, located on Sligo Road West. The second was a shed and vehicle fire on Cork Street. The third was a yard waste bag found on fire at a residence, located on Colcleugh Avenue. All three fires are considered suspicious.
