(CITY OF GUELPH) At approximately 7:20pm on Thursday April 13th 2023, an incident occurred along Paisley Road near Elmira Road South in Guelph.
An elderly male in his 70’s was walking on Paisley Road when a male in a passing vehicle fired several pellets, striking the victim in the face.
The suspect vehicle is described as a black Honda Civic with two occupants, both described as young males, possibly East Indian. The vehicle was last seen speeding eastbound on Paisley Road towards the Hanlon Expressway.
