(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime between the hours of 10:00pm on Sunday February 26th and 7:45am on Monday February 27th 2023, a break and enter occurred at a business, located near Woodlawn Road East and Victoria Road North in Guelph.
Damage was caused to the roof to gain access into the premises. Further and more extensive damage was caused to an interior wall when the suspect tried unsuccessfully to gain entry to an adjacent business. Left behind at the scene was a sledgehammer amongst other tools and a ladder. Total value for damages is estimated at $50,000.
The suspect is described as male, possibly white, with average build, wearing a dark coat, blue snow pants, a mask, and gloves.
