(CITY OF GUELPH) Between the hours of 5:00pm and 6:00pm on Wednesday February 1st 2023 a theft occurred from a residential apartment located on Silvercreek Parkway North in Guelph.
The suspect gained entry to the building when a resident was leaving. The suspect then entered an apartment unit which belonged to a senior in their 90’s. Upon discovery by the senior, the suspect quickly left the apartment. It was after the fact when the victim realized the suspect had stolen cash during the intrusion.
The suspect is described as female, white, in her 20’s, dark hair, about 5’7” tall, with a slim build, and was wearing a black coat.
