(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON) At approximately 8:00am on Tuesday January 17th 2023, a person was acting suspiciously in the area of St Andrew Street East in Fergus.
A youth was walking along the street on their way to school and believed they were being followed by someone. The person in question is described as male, white, with a thin build, dark green eyes, possibly in his 40’s, wearing dark clothing, dark grey sneakers, and carrying two black garbage bags in his right hand.
The male was last seen heading south on Gartshore Street.
