(CITY OF GUELPH) At approximately 6:15pm on Saturday December 17th 2022, a theft occurred from a business located on Woolwich Street at Speedvale Avenue West in Guelph.
A male and female entered the business separately and met up inside. More than 100 items were placed into a bag the female was carrying and the pair left the store. Stolen was more than $3,400 in cosmetics.
Both suspects are described as white or Middle Eastern. The male had a thin black beard and was wearing a black sweater and black and white camouflage toque. The female had black hair and was wearing a black dress, black puffy coat, a surgical mask and was carrying a green bag.
