CRIME OF THE WEEK – JULY 25, 2022 – Robbery

(CITY OF GUELPH) Just before 10am on Monday June 20th 2022, a robbery occurred at the Esso gas station located at the intersection of Edinburgh Road South and College Avenue West in Guelph.

A male suspect brandishing a black handgun approached the female clerk and demanded cash. The male then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. He is described as white, with an average build and height. He was wearing a royal blue hoodie, black track pants, a black balaclava, sunglasses and running shoes. It is believed he may have also visited Stone Road Mall prior to the robbery.
