(CITY OF GUELPH) At approximately 11:30pm on Wednesday December 29th 2021, a break and enter occurred into two businesses, located at a plaza on Silvercreek Parkway north in Guelph.
Suspect(s) forced entry into the plaza’s maintenance room and then forced entry into the Silvercreek Animal Hospital by smashing a hole through a cinder block. They proceeded to smash five holes into a wall shared by the adjacent Willow Smoke & Cigars and gained access. The suspect(s) were able to reach through the holes and steal more than $8,000 worth of product. The damage left behind at both of the businesses and the maintenance room is estimated over $28,000.
