CRIME OF THE WEEK – MAY 24 – Hit & Run

(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) At approximately 5:00pm on Wednesday May 5th 2021, a hit and run occurred at on Elizabeth Street at Stevenson Street South in Guelph. A vehicle was struck from behind twice by a dump truck pushing the vehicle out of the way.

The dump truck is described as possibly a Mac with a white cab. It had cursive writing on the door, which might have read “RP Trucking”, and skull pinstriping detail on the hood. The truck sustained some front-end damage from the impact. It was last seen travelling eastbound on Elizabeth Street.
