CRIME OF THE WEEK – APRIL 19 – Break & Enter

(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) Sometime between the overnight hours on Wednesday March 3rd and 7:00am on Thursday March 4th 2021, a break and occurred at a business, located near Silvercreek Parkway North and Woodlawn Road West in Guelph. Forced entry was gained by smashing a glass door. Stolen was an undisclosed amount of cash and damage is estimated at $2,300.

Near the same area at approximately 7:00am on Thursday March 4th 2021, a second business was targeted, located on Silvercreek Parkway North near Speedvale Avenue West. Again, the glass door was smashed to gain entry and stolen was a cash till with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect in the second incident was caught on camera and is described as a white male, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, a grey toque, blue medical mask, and orange gloves. He had a green backpack and was riding a black e-bike or scooter.
