CRIME OF THE WEEK – JANUARY 15 – Armed Robbery

(CITY OF GUELPH) At 4:00pm on Wednesday December 2nd 2020, an armed robbery occurred at a financial institution, located near the intersection of Stone Road West and Edinburgh Road South in the City of Guelph. The customer service representatives at the bank were approached by an adult male brandishing a firearm. Stolen was an undisclosed amount of cash.

The male is described as white, approximately 30-40 years of age, 5’6”-5’9” tall, medium build, wearing dark coloured clothing and was carrying a dark coloured backpack.
