(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime between the hours of 7:00am on Tuesday September 15th and 5:00pm on Wednesday September 16th 2020, a theft occurred from a construction site, located near the intersection of Massey Road and Elmira Road North in Guelph. Stolen was a Stihl TS420 saw with 14” diamond blade. Estimated value of the saw is $3,000.00.
