(TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) At approximately 2:40am on Monday July 13th 2020, a break and enter occurred at the LCBO located on Wellington Road 109 in Arthur. Culprit(s) gained entry into the building through the roof. Stolen was a quantity of alcohol.
