(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime between the dates of Monday December 9th through Wednesday December 11th 2019, a break and enter occurred at a building under construction. The building is located near the intersection of Waterloo Avenue and Edinburgh Road South in Guelph. Stolen was a quantity of copper and wire, along with numerous power tools.
