(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime between 2:30pm and 5:15pm on Tuesday November 19th 2019, a vehicle was stolen from a parking lot located in the west end of the City of Guelph. The vehicle is described as a 2019 Chevy pick-up truck, white in colour. Inside the vehicle were several work tools, valued at approximately $5,000.00.
