(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime during the evening hours on Saturday November 16th 2019, a break and enter occurred at a construction site located in the east end of Guelph. This is the second break-in to occur at this location within a week. Culprit(s) started a fire in the penthouse of the building using several pieces of worker safety equipment. Significant damage was also caused to an open elevator shaft.
