(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime between Friday November 1st and Monday November 4th 2019, a theft occurred from a building under construction, located near the intersection of Woodlawn Road W. and Imperial Road N. in Guelph. Stolen was a quantity of copper wire. The value for the theft is estimated at $35,000.00.
