(CITY OF GUELPH) At about 12:00am midnight on Sunday October 20th 2019, a theft occurred at a commercial business located on Willow Road in Guelph. Entry was gained inside the business, and the change machine was stolen off the wall. Value of theft is estimated at $10,000.00.
