(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime overnight on Sunday July 28th 2019, an act of mischief occurred at a park, located in the east end of the City of Guelph. Culprit(s) caused damage by painting graffiti on a building which housed washrooms and change rooms, as well as in areas of the parking lot. The graffiti contained several racial slurs.
