(CITY OF GUELPH) Sometime overnight on Tuesday April 30th 2019, a break and enter occurred at a construction site located on Paisley Road in Guelph. Culprit(s) gained entry into a trailer on the site. Stolen was a quantity of tools and copper. Estimated value of theft is $3,000.00.
