(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) At approximately 8:28am on Monday November 26th 2018, a theft occurred from a business located in the area of Fife Road and Elmira Road in Guelph. Stolen was a large quantity of cigarettes collected in a garbage bag.
The suspects are described as one male and one female and were last seen leaving the store on foot.
