(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) Sometime in the early morning hours on Wednesday November 7th 2018, an act of mischief occurred in the City of Guelph. Damage was caused to three vehicles on Alice Street and to one vehicle on Manitoba Drive. Culprit(s) painted random lines on the vehicles using yellow spray paint.
