(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) At approximately 12:25pm on Saturday September 8th 2018, a hit and run occurred in the area of Victoria Road and Cassino Avenue in Guelph. The incident involved two construction workers who were hit by a vehicle. The suspect vehicle is described as a red Honda Civic Type R and was last seen heading south on Victoria Road.
