(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) At approximately 10:30am on Thursday August 30th 2018, a vehicle was reported on fire at a location near Wellington Road 21, west of Elora. The vehicle was discovered off the roadway in a wooded area of the Pilkington Outlook of the Grand River Conservation Authority. The vehicle is described as a 4-door Nissan Sedan.
