(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) At approximately 5:40pm on Thursday July 5th 2018, an act of mischief occurred at the location of Victoria Road South and Elizabeth Street in the City of Guelph. Two unknown males on bicycles, were seen painting graffiti underneath the Victoria Road Bridge.
