CRIME OF THE WEEK – FEBRUARY 02 – Break & Enter & Theft

(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) On three separate occasions, the Sparkle Brite Car Wash located on St David Street north in Fergus, has been the target of criminal activity.

The first incident occurred during the evening hours on Friday August 11th 2017. Stolen was a debit card reader, valued at approximately $1,500.00.

The second incident occurred during the early morning hours on Friday December 1st 2017. Stolen was an undisclosed amount of cash. Damage was also caused to the utility room. The suspect is described as male, with a slender build, wearing a dark coat with fur lined hood and a ball cap. He rode a light-coloured bicycle.

Most recently, a break and enter occurred during the early morning hours on Monday December 11th 2017. The suspect this time is described as male, stalky build, with a slight limp. He was wearing jeans and a dark winter coat with the hood up and had a ball cap on underneath.
