(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) At approximately 9:25pm on Friday January 19th 2018, a hit and run occurred near Woodlawn Road West and Elmira Road North, in the city of Guelph. A hydro pole was hit and fell onto the roadway. The suspect vehicle fled the scene. The vehicle is described as a white tow truck and will have damage to the right headlight.
