(TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) Sometime overnight on Sunday November 26th 2017, a theft occurred from an isolated area near County Road 14 and Domville Street in Arthur. Stolen was a GPS and modem that had been placed on a tripod.
